NBA Lottery odds 2019: Each team's chances of winning No. 1 draft pick

The balance of power in pro basketball will shift (potentially in dramatic way) with the results of the 2019 NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday night in Chicago.

Duke forward Zion Williamson is the top prize in this draft class. Few players in the last 25 years have received as much fanfare as a top-rated prospect than Williamson, and with good reason. He's an incredibly talented player and has the potential to be a legit superstar in the near future.

The other top players in this class are Murray State guard Ja Morant and Duke forward R.J. Barrett. After these three players, the quality of the class drops fairly quick.

Here are the odds for every team participating in the lottery. The 2019 NBA Draft is June 20 in Brooklyn.

New York Knicks: 14 percent
Cleveland Cavaliers: 14 percent
Phoenix Suns: 14 percent
Chicago Bulls: 12.5 percent
Atlanta Hawks: 10.5 percent
Washignton Wizards: 9 percent
New Orleans Pelicans: 6 percent
Memphis Grizzlies*: 6 percent
Dallas Mavericks**: 6 percent
Minnesota Timberwolves: 3 percent
Los Angeles Lakers: 2 percent
Charlotte Hornets: 1 percent
Miami Heat: 1 percent
Sacramento Kings***: 1 percent

**Goes to Atlanta if it's outside the top five
***Goes to Boston if it's not No. 1. If it's No. 1, it goes to Philadelphia and Boston gets the 76ers' 2019 first-round pick
