FOXBORO -- The Patriots and Browns will be spared snow this Sunday.
This Week 14 game day in Foxboro, though a chilly one at 33 degrees, is only bracketed by snow and freezing rain; there is zero percent chance of precipitation from afternoon on into evening. The two teams won't have to worry much about wind either, as Weather.com notes the day's breeze will top out at 3 miles per hour.
New England's only worry is a 4-8 Browns team that has something to prove.
Several Browns players took to the field two hours before kickoff to get a lay of the land. By noon, the number dwindled to three, as only the specialists remained on the field for warmups. The trio of Patriots specialists stayed outside as well.
With a win, New England would improve to 10-3 on the season. This matchup is the team's third of four against the AFC North. An October loss to Cincinnati and November win over Pittsburgh has the Patriots so far split against the opposing division.
