With the Patriots heading into week one of the season, there are still some jobs up for grabs.

On Patriots Football Weekly, Andy Hart pointed out that that Patriots have as many as ten jobs still up for the taking.

Offensive line - "Left guard, center, right guard, right tackle. Post-Logan Mankins trade, all those spots a little bit unclear heading into the opener."

Tight end - "Rob Gronkowski says he'll play. But if he doesn't, who is the other starter?"

Wide receiver - "Brandon LaFell, Aaron Dobson, Kenbrell Thompkins all in the mix there."

Defensive end - "Tommy Kelly was released at the cutdown to 75. Right and left end seem to be up in the air. Will it be first-round pick Dominique Easley? Will it be Joe Vellano on the right side? Chris Jones? A lot of options there."

Safety - "Too many options to list. We say a bunch of guys rotate in the preseason next to Devin McCourty."

Cornerback - "We know Darrelle Revis will be out there. Will Alfonzo Dennard get his job back to at least a month until Brandon Browner returns?

Long snapper - "The Patriots began the week preparing for Miami without a long snapper. Yes, you usually need a long snapper when you're going to kick field goals and punts."
