FOXBORO -- Alfonzo Dennard, two days after appearing in a Nebraska court for sentencing, is back in Foxboro and will be active against the Browns. Dennard missed two practice days this week due to legal obligations.
Running back Brandon Bolden will not play Sunday afternoon. He missed the whole week for a not injury-related reason and was listed as "probable" on Friday's practice participation and injury report. And so the door has opened back up for Stevan Ridley, New England's lead back, who was benched last week against Houston. His ailment? Fumblitis. Ridley, who has lost four fumbles this season, will try to reclaim his coaches' trust against the team that allows just 98.9 rushing yards per game.
Kenbrell Thompkins will miss today's game, his first absence since Week 9. The receiver injured a hip in the first quarter of New England's win over the Texans.
Receiver Aaron Dobson and right tackle Marcus Cannon are sidelined as expected.
