Albert Breer of NFL Network says Brady and the NFLPA are "really rolling upstream" after it was revealed that the quarterback destroyed his cell phone during the investigation.

"From a perception standpoint it stinks for him. It makes him look really, really bad and it makes him look guilty," said Breer. "I think the bigger question here is what else the NFL has. Because the NFL clearly hung on to this. This wasn't part of the Wells report, they didn't just find out about this last week. So they have been holding on to this."
