After months of waiting, Boston Bruins coach Claude Julien learned that he would be returning to help guide his team as they try to make tweaks and adjustments to keep up with today's fast-paced NHL style.
But will the Bruins coach be able to change his philosophy? Or will the new Claude Julien be the same as the old Claude Julien?
"I think you're going to see choices as far as management goes and the GM goes for offense, speed and attack with the players he's providing Claude Julien, even if Julien isn't going to totally scrap his systems and go to something different," said Bruins Insider Joe Haggerty on the Great American Hockey Show. "I don't expect huge changes, maybe subtle adjustments, maybe playing with some younger players a little bit more, maybe being forced to leave Ryan Spooner in there even when he makes mistakes.
"You'll see his hand forced at times because the leash is very short right now. But we're not going to see a run-and-gun, fun in the sun Claude Julien."
