*Dobber sports says that the Bruins’ depth could be a killer when it comes to the world of fantasy hockey.

*PHT writer James O’Brien says that Tomas Kaberle is aiming for an NHL return with an invite to training camp. One has to think it’s probably not in Boston after the 2011 experience.

*Most interesting defenseman in the world, Johnny Boychuk, sits in on a golf shoot filmed in Edmonton, even though he admits to not being much of a golfer.

*Dave Lozo predicts that Nail Yakupov will be a point-per-game player this season for the Oilers. That’s almost as useful as when Lozo predicted that John Tortorella wasn’t going to be fired by the New York Rangers right before it happened. File that prediction under “T” for trash.

*Todd Bertuzzi and Steve Moore avoided a potentially damaging civil trial by settling out of court, and the NHL can breathe a sigh of relief.

*For something completely different: this ESPN SportsCenter feature on #icebucketchallenge inspiration Pete Frates is in the must-see category. You might want some tissues nearby though for the inspirational, emotional story.
