Black Monday cometh! Every year, inevitably, it happens. The Monday following Week 17 games arrives, and with it a handful of pink slips for underperforming NFL head coaches.
Among those this year is expected to be Rex Ryan, who reportedly told his team that he's on his way out the door.
If he leaves, where will he end up? Would it be in a place like Washington or Dallas, where we'd be privy to his every loud-mouth act in another major media market? Or is Houston or Detroit a better fit, where there are some talented pieces that he could use to help turn those franchises around?
Then there's the question of who will replace the big guy. Two names that are always floating around NFL job openings: Josh McDaniels and Bill O'Brien.
Would McDaniels go to Bill Belichick's most hated rival? Would O'Brien abandon the college ranks for the first job that comes calling?
Interesting questions all, wouldn't you say? Watch the video above to hear what Gary Tanguay, Mike Felger, Jeff Howe and Steve Buckley have to say.
