The offense was back to its normal self against the Pittsburgh Steelers as the Patriots put up 610 yards of total offense and 55 points.
After the game, Logan Mankins joined Mike Giardi on PostGame Live to discuss how the offense got back on track.
“We pretty much just focus on what Bill [Belichick] and our coaches say to us,” Mankins said. “That’s what really matters to us. How they evaluate what we’re doing and we take it to heart what they tell us and we try to do it better. Tonight was one of those nights where it all came together.”
The Patriots showed they can still put up points in a hurry, as they did against the Steelers with 28 points in the fourth quarter.
“Tonight was really nice too, everything was clicking,” Mankins said. “We had a couple little lulls there, but after those we turned it back up again and everyone played pretty well.”
