With each day, more information comes out about the Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin situation.

Michael Felger, Ron Borges, and Steve Buckley sat down on Sports Sunday to talk about one of the more polarizing stories to come out of the NFL this season.

“If you are choosing Richie Incognito as one of your leaders, if you are choosing Richie Incognito as a guy to help a troubled guy, you’re a troubled guy,” Borges said. “That’s stupid, nuts, crazy. Or you have the worst group of human beings ever.”

With this situation, bullying and hazing on professional sports teams has come into questions of whether it is actually beneficial.

“For me, I don’t get it,” Felger said. “I don’t get how it makes you a better team or why people would think it would make you a better team or a better player. To me, it’s nonsense.”
