A familiar face could be back in a Bruins sweater next season.
Michael Ryder is reportedly considering an offer by the Bruins, according to TSN's Darren Dreger.
Ryder played three seasons for the Bruins, including their Stanley Cup-winning season, before leaving for the Stars in free agency that offseason.
The Stars traded Ryder to the Canadiens mid-season, a season in which Ryder finished with totals of 35 points, 16 assists and 19 goals. He was a plus-2.
In three seasons with the Bruins, Ryder tallied 127 points. The right-winger would certainly fill a need for Boston, one that hasn't been completely filled since he left two seasons ago.
