Although he wasn't happy with his finishing time, Kirk Minihane took part in what he described as the "the best Marathon" he's ever run.
On Arbella Early Edition, Minihane talks about his experience during the 2014 Boston Marathon.
"The experience was unbelievable." said Minihane, "It was two, three, four [people] deep from start to finish. It was incredible. You felt like a rockstar for four hours. You'll never feel that way again."
Minihane recalls being emotionally moved during the race.
"If you don't have tears in your eyes, I don't care how long you've been running for, how dehydrated you are or how tired you are, you aren't human." said Minihane, "I saw people on my left, people on my right, they're crying."
