IN BRIEF: LaMarcus Aldridge scored 32 points and the San Antonio Spurs used a 21-2 third-quarter run to wipe out a Celtics halftime lead and send Boston to a road loss to close out 2018. San Antonio's 46-point third was the highest-scoring quarter the C's have allowed since 2000.
