FOXBORO -- Three-game home stands are usually beneficial, but for the New England Revolution, the next two matches at Gillette Stadium dont mean much.

The Revs have officially been eliminated from the postseason with their loss last
weekend to the Seattle Sounders. New England players made it known after that loss, that the remaining three games on the teams schedule will be about keeping their jobs and their pride.

Saturday nights game at Gillette Stadium will mean just as much to the visiting San Jose Earthquakes, as they were also eliminated from postseason contention last weekend.

Goalkeeper Matt Reis (hamstring) and defender A.J. Soares (ankle) are both ruled out
for Saturday nights match against the Earthquakes, with Soares being shut down for the season.

Zak Boggs (hip), Rajko Lekic (ankle), Stephen McCarthy (shoulder), Ryan Kinne (nasal
fracture), and Sainey Nyassi (hamstring) will also be out of action on Saturday, while
Kevin Alston and Monsef Zerka were upgraded to probable on Friday.
