Pete Carroll's best hope? Throw the ball

How can the Seahawks upset the Patriots on Sunday? Michael Felger says they're going to have to throw the ball.

"I'll know former Patriots coach Pete Carroll has coached a good game if he chucks it," Felger said, adding that Seattle rookie quarterback Russell Wilson needs to challenge the Pats' secondary, particularly cornerback Devin McCourty.

"I don't care if you have Marshawn Lynch or Jim Brown," Felger said. "You're not going to win running the ball."

Still, Felger's radio partner of "Felger and Mazz," Tony Massarotti points out: "Everything says Seattle shouldn't be able to throw the ball in this game."

The Seahawks are ranked 31st out of 32 NFL teams in passing.
