Mutual respect shown by Belichick, Bradley on ‘Sound FX'

This week's "Sound FX" segment put together by NFL Films had Patriots coach Bill Belichick mic'd up during his team's 51-17 win over the Jaguars, and it featured one particularly interesting show of respect between coaches in the moments leading up to kickoff.

As the two teams warmed up, Jaguars coach Gus Bradley approached Belichick on the field and said, "Coach Belichick, I know we've never talked, but you've been really good for me. I've kind of watched and stuff, and without you knowing, you've really helped me. I know a lot of people maybe say that, but I mean it. It's been good. I appreciate that."

Belichick replied in kind, "Likewise. I've got a lot of respect for what you've done here with this team. I mean, it's a young team, but I can see where you're going."

The nearly four-minute clip of sound from the game includes an interaction between Belichick and side judge Boris Cheek, who compliments the Patriots for their sideline behavior. It also contains what Belichick said to Patriots safety Devin McCourty after McCourty failed to scoop up a fumble by Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles in the second quarter -- something McCourty lamented after the game.
