John Tortorella guarantees Blue Jackets will be back in Boston for Game 7

The Blue Jackets are on the ropes after falling to the Bruins in Game 5.

With the series now at 3-2 in Boston's favor, John Tortorella's team will look to stay alive Monday night in Columbus. After Saturday night's game, Tortorella seemed mighty confident that the Blue Jackets would be back at TD Garden for Game 7. . .

Tortorella apparently didn't learn his lesson from the first round of last year's playoffs. He said the same thing after the Blue Jackets fell to the Capitals in Game 5. Washington went on to win Game 6 and the series.

Torts may have given the Bruins some bulletin board material with his postgame comments, but they aren't returning the favor.

Needless to say, Monday night should be interesting. The puck will drop for Game 6 at 7:00 p.m. ET on NBC Sports.
