CSNNE's Kyle Draper sits down with Doc Rivers and Brad Stevens, the former and current coach of the Celtics, in a unique interview recorded this summer at the ABCD "Hoop Dreams" charity event.

Some highlights of the conversation:

Rivers on returning to Boston: "I don't think you ever leave..When you put in time in a place, you're there forever."

Stevens on the Celtics' job: "When you get a new job, you run into it and you stay running until the moment you're no longer there. There's certainly lots of big shoes to fill, certainly from this organization and what's demanded from a sports team in this city."

Rivers on the Celtics' job, then and now: "I appreciate it more now. When you're in it, you're just trying to survive, you're trying to win. This is a big job. You feel the presence the Celtics when you have the Celtics job...When you get away from it, you're almost more of a part of it. It feels more special."
