BOSTON -- Tim Thomas and Carey Price led the Bruins and Canadiens out onto the ice for pregame warm-ups respectively, and will get the starts in between the pipes for the Original Six blood rivals.

Thomas is still climbing toward .500 in his career against the Canadiens with a 12-15-4 record with a 2.88 goals against average and a .912 save percentage in 33 career games against the Habs. They arent bad numbers, but theyre among the worst splits for Thomas against any team in the NHL.

Of course many of those Habs teams were much better than the downtrodden bunch that are mired in what Mike Cammalleri called a losers mentality yesterday before couching the remarks at todays morning skate. The Montreal media took that to mean the Habs scorer wanted out of the situation with a trade, but he clarified his comments following their practice.

I made comments that I thought were pretty PC comments, said Mike Cammalleri. It was about the competitive mentality and the winners mentality or the lack thereof. Then all of the sudden it was breaking news. We just need to be better and thats all it was.

I love Montreal. I love playing in Montreal. I really enjoy it. My family enjoys it and they always have. I just want to play better and want to play more. Its a competitive thing of wanting to help this team.

It also appears Jordan Caron may be back in the lineup -- with Zach Hamill as the healthy scratch -- as he was taking the regular pregame line rushes with Chris Kelly and Rich Peverley.

It should be an interesting game for a Montreal team that needs to make some kind of a statement in a season thats quickly sinking into the St. Lawrence River. Here are the expected line combos for the Bruins:

Pouliot-Bergeron-Seguin
Lucic-Krejci-Horton
Caron-Kelly-Peverley
Paille-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Boychuk
Seidenberg-Corvo
Ference-McQuaid
