Brooklyn Nets fans troll Celtics with “Kyrie's leaving” chants

Remember the offseason, when expectations for the Celtics were sky-high? Oddsmakers had the C's penciled into the NBA Finals and Kyrie Irving had already said he would re-sign in Boston, quelling doubts he would move on in free agency.

Yeah, those were happier times.

Now the Celtics are struggling, limping home with a mediocre 25-18 record after a disappointing 0-3 road trip through Miami, Orlando, and Brooklyn. And Irving is catching flak for calling out his teammates for their lack of effort Saturday night against the Magic.

Monday night in Brooklyn, Nets fans sensed blood in the water -- and they let the Celtics hear about it. Loudly.

It's way too early to say Irving is moving on, but you can't fault Nets fans for trying to talk some trash. After all, that Garnett-Pierce trade didn't work out so well for them, so this is probably their first chance to taunt their division rivals in quite some time.
