Yes we've had a good run here the last couple years but what are they now you know. Second to fourth third fourth second somewhere in that range it's not like they went to last. And I just a personal level. God and be number one for twenty years and then on third and that's tanking and out of a job. I don't Philip being congratulated at all it scares the crap out of me. Pretty nice to me big -- what did you think. Yeah -- -- pat yourself on the back I tell the future are you were honest. That was fact not opinion there you go then that will eventually last spring and though reading book if you -- as well I don't know if you -- the Red Sox but word is third so third is third wheel after you've been out here since the mid seventies right. Where we had to go and. Forward. Good question I think you and -- are probably out. And then somebody else will movements of up what I don't know what we're head I don't know I mean. We've gone through a lot of changes. Certainly. All of sports talk radio for years have been in the AM dial and then it switched over to the F and know what you guys did smartly. Beat us by two years and I think that was a major factor you got young gambles and there get a morning show with veteran rich that. Brought real young demos and I gave you really young audience. But I think it's plenty of room for numerous sports outlets in town. To satisfy different demographic groups because people think differently when -- 251. Is when you're 4555. As the -- north scares me is it fat. -- that is what effect Sports Radio sports talk show is. You know what ten years ago fifteen years ago news radio in Boston and new shows in general kill that they were great look at all the Giants of news radio that we had here in Boston and now. I don't think people really care about who's talking Boston's those sports soccer fan now political talk is breaking down across the country and I think it's just become. You know very angry and usually those shows like Rush Limbaugh will just attract people that agree. With everything that Russia still sports -- just don't work that what portrait it was here is David are you sure can you guarantee me that. Well what. You may be the janitor here and I -- -- I had a -- yes I think it's here to stay I think it's gonna change I think it's gonna will vault I think it's going to go more into the digital world. Internet radio was gonna become gigantic it's going into cars Internet radio now and I think that's going to be a major. Peace into the into the next it's in the next generation you know I think there is this recent -- -- survey is about power brokers and -- media across the country ESPN it's all the yanks have been so influential. And I'm Tanya. I just don't feel -- I mean I feel any guy in a drive time radio -- on a local market that counts. There's more you know has more influence that ESPN I I do ESPN matters. In pull down towns to peak at Kansas allegiance to you to everybody is you know I don't I don't really teach them. -- -- you're you're you're under selling right now here in Boston -- more about the stuff that set on these kind of shows. Then the ES Welch also has a very unique town Boston Philadelphia were very much alike. -- did -- very emotional about your own sport quality but they'd plug all I've put Chicago on that was a nice not as emotional -- most places that matter on that list were shows like this -- more important those he has -- Jones. Of course they are because people care more about the local teams here in this market they -- -- Philadelphia Chicago maybe not quite get as much and we don't look in the kind of crap that ESPN's -- we don't spend twenty minutes that's not Grady had dumped. Like they do all they had ESP any kids painful I've heard you show you throw crap out there as well everybody throws scrap like you know yes everybody I guess it doesn't throw enough crap when they did a good start throwing real crap like rob Parker or this but it turned out here this up quarterback Richard Sherman the other day they -- those guys all they -- broke crap that's my point well -- -- -- -- they're trying to play. Two across the country and they -- -- people who tell that they're playing to a different audience then just. Inside you know 495. You're playing inside for 95 I'm looking at some point -- it but it's different we bring actual -- -- -- it's just sort of man be Camby but anyway that's just my rant.
