I would -- former NFL quarterback Shaun king into the conversation -- when somebody else's business becomes your business I know I can get some people's feathers all. Ruffled here -- Tom Brady did what Ben Roethlisberger did good for the teams but I'm wondering how Joseph Flacco is feeling right about now your thoughts. Well first of all -- was say you know Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger have a lot in common and by that I mean they both have already gotten substantial amounts of money. And they both of one championship so their focus can be a little different than maybe some of the other guys were trying to get that. First big contract you know Joseph Flacco is a guy who's still on his rookie deal who's trying to get his first big expansion so even a little. Different situation enough. I don't think you've got to be as receptive to taking less money in some of those years as tall and being more when he's at a different point in his life. Okay well I'm sure a lot of period is able lets not cry too much for Joseph Flacco he's going to be handsomely compensated. When it all comes down but these cap friendly deals can help some of the lesser guys so for most of the guys he had -- -- the lesser guys how might this help. Well it -- allow them to get some contracts maybe stay with the team that they're great fit for. Not have to be a casually just because of the financial aspect of their contract in. You know a lot of teams run the league right now on restructuring so they can re signed so they're all. Unrestricted free agents -- look at Baltimore for instance Daniel -- will be able regional they have some guys Paul Hoover. We're about to hit free agency and if Flacco can do a contract that is conducive to them you know look what happened this year. And they can keep a better team around him and I think -- The deal we ever look at is the true -- woman's face deal that the wind. We're kind of drew got the best of both worlds got a lot of guaranteed money a lot of upfront money but he also -- and maintained a really high. Cap figure. The first couple years of that deal so it on the Ravens I'm showing shoulda deal and I'm explaining to him okay if you get this kind of deal we're going to be like the things were not going to be able to surrounding the type of players the will allow us to win another championship and then Joseph and his agent will have to make the decision.
