Had only a three point lead at the hat you bought me -- they should be up by ten or fifteen. They forced the bucks to -- 23 turnovers the Bucs miss. Fourteen free throws that you would think are right the Celtics -- gonna win this game. The same things that have been plaguing the -- all season long. Reared their ugly head once again here against the bucks points in the paint Milwaukee fifty and the Celtics they really couldn't hit the side of the Bart. But they still had a chance to win this game Milwaukee led 8881. With 42 seconds left to go on regulation. But this season led by Paul Pierce came all the way back scoring the final seven points in regulation and you thought hey let's go to overtime win this thing here at the TD guard. But the bucks once again proved to be the stronger team down the stretch as they outscored the season eleven to six in the overtime period here's Doc Rivers after the game. I I didn't think we've played well but I thought we wanted to play world. There was still you know we made mistakes so it day. But honestly we we play the right way we moved the ball guys get open shots. We've -- wrote. I mean. We all. It's in the process are here it's a work in progress until we complete our goal. Tonight and me. -- we had a chance here to put more in the first half and we just we knew we couldn't couldn't get two stops on -- series do that. -- coming down the stretch. I would just bought this 1 morning and so I give him a lot of credit. Well for us I mean that this game. You have to win. -- Celtics insider for CS NNE dot com -- -- -- -- joining me now it's arrived we've seen this script before pretty much all season long. At times during this game the Celtics looked really good especially defensively Courtney Lee was getting after it. How come this team can't seem to put together a full 48 or 53 in this case there is no rhyme or reason as to why this keeps -- And you've got a lot of guys who've been in a lot of big game experience goes accordingly it into the finals together. Guys that seem to -- Jason Terry went -- in Dallas so there really is no rhyme or reason why these guys are not. Getting it done down the stretch you wanna believe that overtime to get a bit of familiarity with one another and know this -- thoughts -- what. Just get to -- seven to look like -- -- go back and they have that extra defensive presence up. It seems to have fun with the moves. He can repeat it so bad here and what's there. Most glaring weakness because the -- hit it -- points in the paint we saw that play they ran with Monta Ellis coming off the screen he routinely. Attack the -- is that there weakest link right now perimeter defense it starts at the point. I mean when you when you allowed through penetration it forces those picks to have the rotator reacting when you look at a lot of the points that teams are getting. They're coming after that initial ball handler beats his man off the dribble the Celtics have to do. A better job of limiting that initial ball handler from getting and it -- because that is a domino effect. And it hurts the deepest on top of Bob. I mean what more -- Paul Pierce to 75 points in the last two games 35 and this when did everything at twelve rebounds had the assists. He's playing at an MVP all star caliber level. Clark and the guys do it again we got itself out -- -- didn't -- Paul is doing. What he has to do and that's lead this team not by his -- -- by his action that's something that a lot of these players don't really see and understand right now. It's not about what you say it's about high fly ball -- -- has given him a great example of how it's that it just talk about him better and better. He has really stepped up his game Jeff Green quickly. Injury end of the fourth quarter caught an elbow from here signed Ilyasova. They see as a -- sheet. Also asked him chipped -- Could've been worse it could've been a lot worse you know when you saw him down there and he didn't get -- initially it brought in have flashbacks when Marquis Daniels went down -- really almost in the same spot. We seem you know guys like that he'll be just as well have really scary and so it was really good to see you finally get up. And they hear that it you know it's just a bruise and this city getting actually had a pretty -- game against the -- -- the Celtics they do not get the win 9994. They fall. In overtime. Where the insider extrapolate -- Kyle Draper.
