You know when Lawrence Frank was fired by -- Jersey -- people are actually happy for him. Friends of his called in to congratulate him. He was still good for the organization at the time and the nets lost that evidently the Celtics game as he came on. The Celtics bench now he has a second chance of being a head guy in Detroit -- Greg Dickerson. Thought he saw it firsthand last week how will you guys have been playing passively what does a coach you. Or making strides you know I think for us is we're starting to grasp what it takes for us to win. Defensively that type of intensity we have to play with -- offensively the case in the ball movement player movement that we need.
