After a too-close-for-comfort first half, the Patriots pulled away from the lowly Bengals in the second half thanks to a pair of Stephon Gilmore interceptions to emerge with a 34-13 victory, clinching a playoff berth in the process.

Gilmore, who has a legitimate case for Defensive Player of the Year this season, becomes the first Patriot with multiple pick-sixes in a season since Tedy Bruschi, who accomplished the feat in 2003.

While Tom Brady and the offense weren't completely able to break out of their struggles, there were some positive signs — specifically N'Keal Harry, who flashed and scored his second touchdown of the season, and the rushing attack, which totaled 175 yards on the ground.
