Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady's return to Gillette Stadium to play against his former team, the New England Patriots, will be the center of the sports world's attention Sunday night, and Mother Nature could play a factor in the outcome of this Week 4 game.

The weather forecast for Foxboro, Mass., calls for temperatures in the low 60s as well as some precipitation. In fact, light rain already started to fall about three hours before the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

Here's a look at the weather report for Patriots-Bucs, per NBC10 Boston (as of 5:53 p.m. ET):

Rain typically makes it harder for quarterbacks to throw the football, but Brady isn't a typical quarterback.

He played in harsh New England weather conditions many times during his 20 years with the Patriots from 2000 through 2019. Even with steady rainfall, the 44-year-old veteran shouldn't have too much trouble being accurate in the passing attack.

Regardless of the weather, the Patriots face a tough challenge trying to slow down a Buccaneers offense that entered Week 4 scoring the second-most points per game (34.6) in the league.
