Tom E. Curran's Patriots-Browns Review: 8-0 Patriots have several areas to fix

Share

With the 2019 regular season halfway over, the Patriots are a perfect 8-0, but their performance on the field has been far from perfect.

Though the defense continues to excel — at one point forcing turnovers on three consecutive snaps — New England's offensive rhythm still isn't there.

Maybe that will change after the trade deadline with more additions. Maybe it will change as Mohamed Sanu and Ben Watson get more comfortable in the Patriots system. Maybe it will improve once N'Keal Harry (and Isaiah Wynn eventually) return to the active roster off injured reserve.

After watching the Patriots remain perfect with their 27-13 win over the Browns, Tom E. Curran breaks down the good, the bad and the ugly from the team's Week 8 performance.
