Felger: Brady and Hardy punishment a ‘horrible look' for NFL

If Tom Brady ends up serving his suspension at the beginning of the season, when the New England Patriots play the Dallas Cowboys in week five Greg Hardy will be on the field and Brady will be sitting out the final game of his ban.

Despite them being different cases, Michael Felger thinks it's a bad look for the NFL considering the severity of Hardy's offense.

"I think optically it looks horrible for the league," said Felger. "The cases are apples and oranges. It's not fair to compare the Brady case and the Hardy case, but we all do. Four games for throwing a woman on a couch covered with loaded assault rifles, smashing her head into a toilet. Whatever Greg Hardy did that night versus Tom Brady, they both get four games. I can't believe the league left it at four games."
