Feinstein: Guerrero partnership ‘could backfire' on Brady

On Monday, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady came to the defense of heath guru Alex Guerrero days after Boston Magazine ran an article that dug deeper into Guerrero’s past and his run-ins with the FTC.

While John Feinstein doesn’t blame Brady for backing his friend and business partner, he understands that it could still damage his image.

“This could backfire on Tom,” said Feinstein. “It’s perfectly okay to say, ‘hey, look at me. I’m the picture of health.’ To try to claim that you know more about medicine than doctors do and that you know what’s better for people than doctors do, is outrageous.”
