Romeo Langford was the next man up with Al Horford sidelined due to health and safety protocols, but the Boston Celtics guard was forced out of Friday night's game early.

Langford exited the C's showdown with the Golden State Warriors in the first quarter due to neck pain. The team officially ruled him out for the remainder of the game during the half.

With Langford out, the Celtics are down to 10 active players vs. Golden State. Horford, Grant Williams, Juancho Hernangomez, and Jabari Parker each were ruled out due to COVID-19 protocols. Dennis Schroder was out with a non-COVID illness.

The Celtics entered the half down 68-54. Langford tallied three points and was 0-for-3 from the field prior to his exit.
