The NBA is celebrating its 75th anniversary during the 2021-22 season, so get ready for lots of tributes, special videos and stories about the game's greatest players and how they shaped today's stars.

TNT's latest video celebrating the league's anniversary features many of the top players wearing jerseys of all-time greats they grew up rooting for, emulated their game after, etc.

Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum was featured, and he was wearing a yellow Kobe Bryant Los Angeles Lakers jersey. It's admittedly a little strange to see the Celtics' forward wearing Lakers colors, but Bryant will always be Tatum's favorite player and he spent a lot of time as a kid watching the Black Mamba's games.

Tatum even told a story about watching Bryant hit a game-winner against Dwyane Wade's Miami Heat and running around an Applebees restaurant in celebration.

There were a couple other Celtics-related themes from the video.

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert put on Celtics legend Bill Russell's No. 6 jersey and talked about the Hall of Famer's incredible talent and 11 championships. Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul wore C's legend Bob Cousy's No. 14 jersey and noted how the Hall of Fame playmaker paved the way for players like him.
