NEW ORLEANS - Tom Brady's name gets top billing -- because, alphabetically, it's the first on the list -- on the players' antitrust lawsuit against the NFL. That hasn't escaped the attention of Patriots' president Jonathan Kraft. Asked his reaction to seeing "Brady (et. al.) vs. NFL (et. al.)" Kraft said through a strained smile, "Look, on a personal level, myself - and I think every member of my family - feels extremely close to Tom. Id like to think Tom was conflicted before he made that decision, but youd have to talk to Tom about it."Kraft said he hasn't spoken to Brady, but theorized, "He obviously feels like, I guess, that he made a business decision that was the right thing for him. Id like to think he was conflicted in making it, but I dont know that.
"I havent talked to him about it, Kraft said, so he didnt consult me when he was making it.Kraft's counsel probably would have been to keep his name out of it. Tom E. Curran canbe reached at tcurran@comcastsportsnet.com.Follow Tom on Twitter at http:twitter.comtomecurran
