The New England Patriots have announced the signing of former Indianapolis Colt wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez.
In five seasons in Indianapolis, the 27-year-old receiver has 99 career receptions for 1,307 yards and seven touchdowns.
Both the 2009 and 2010 seasons ended in injury for Gonzalez, but he returned for the Colts in 2011 where he played in eight games for the team without recording a reception.
