It felt like old times again at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday with former club captain Shalrie Joseph back at his old stomping grounds.
Joseph was acquired by the Revolution on Tuesday via the Waiver Draft, and though he’d trained with the club earlier this year, Wednesday marked the first time he met with the local media.
“It just brings a smile to my face,” Joseph said about being back in the Revolution locker room. “I know a lot of the guys, and (even) new guys that I've met, I've seen them play. I know who they are, and know what they can bring, and what they can do. Meeting everyone again feels great and being right back at home.”
