Revs announce two changes to 2011 home schedule

On Thursday the New England Revolution announcedchanges to two home games this season.

The home game against the PhiladelphiaUnion, originally scheduled for Saturday, July 16, will now be played one daylater on Sunday, July 17, and will start at 7 p.m. This change is beingmade to accommodate an international friendly game, which will be announced at alater date.

The Revolutions home match against FCDallas will be played one day sooner on Saturday, Sept. 10, at 7:30 p.m. The Dallas match wasoriginally scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 11.

Lee Nguyen helped the New England Revolution take an early lead on a penalty kick, but Maxi Urruti followed with a pair of goals in the 71st and 77th minute for FC Dallas, which finished the Revs in a 2-1 loss at Toyota Stadium on Saturday night.

Nguyen's 10th-minute score was his first of the 2017 season. Urruti has three goals in his two MLS appearances this season.

Revultion midfield Xavier Kouassi made his MLS debut, but was unable help stabilize the Revs' defense as they let Dallas storm back into the game.

The Revs play next on Saturday, March 25 against Minnesota at 2 p.m. ET.
