Revolution coach Jay Heaps and CSNNE's Dalen Cuff break down a good stretch for the Revs - a four-game unbeaten streak, including three wins - and look ahead to a big match Sunday against the Seattle Sounders at Gillette Stadium (6 p.m on Comcast SportsNet).

"We're just continuing to do what we do everyday. Work hard," Heaps said. "For us, that has to stay the same."

Seattle is arguably playing the best in the MLS.

"There's no argument about it. They're the best team in the league," Heaps said. "We have to stick to our process. Prepare ourselves. We have to go out and work hard and fight a team like Seattle."

U.S. national team standout Clint Dempsey has returned to the MLS with Seattle. Heaps, a former teammate of Dempsey's, said there's no one way to control him.

"You try to stop him one way, he'll beat you another," Heaps said. "It's more about limiting the service. Make him uncomfortable a little bit."
