Galaxy juggernaut too much for reeling Revs

Jurgen Klinsmann and Sunil Gulati were among the 17,741 on hand at the StubHub Center where a wild match was underway Wednesday night between the LA Galaxy and the New England Revolution. The Galaxy defeated the New England Revolution 5-1 in a game that saw each side lose a man to red cards. 

Both teams made shifts from their typical brand of soccer to compensate for the fact that both teams are playing three matches over the span of seven days. The Galaxy shifted from the diamond to play a flat 4-4-2. 
New England,meanwhile, played a 4-4-2 formation for this first time this season.
The Galaxy opened the match looking to pounce early. Despite an early goal Robbie Keane was called offside is an early run. In the tenth minute though he left no doubt sending it home with authority.
