Kevin Walsh sits down with New England Revolution coach Jay Heaps to discuss the Revs future expectations heading into the second half of the MLS season.

Is the coach satisfied with his team?

"We're where we want to be but there's so much more to go," Heaps said, reflecting on the team's progress since he took over in December 2011.

Heaps said the biggest improvement has been defensively.

"Last year we were giving away points and giving away points at difficult times in the game. That was an experience issue, an area where the back line needed a little more solidarity.

Heaps said the Revs have gotten that in the development of a solid back line in Jose Goncalves, Steve McCarthy, Andrew Farrell and Chris Tierney.

The coach is also pleased with the improved consistency of 18-year-old Diego Fegundez.
