Why can't the Pats win the big ones anymore?

"Is there a fundamental shortcoming with the Patriots when it comes to these big games late in the playoffs, or is it a matter of bad luck, law of averages, coincidence, etc.? One or the other: Fundamental flaw -- a fundamental shortcoming when it comes to big games -- or you just can't win them all?"
In the light of the Patriots' eighth consecutive Super Bowl-less season, that was the question Michael Felger raised Tuesday on 'Felger & Mazz' to former Patriots tight end Jermaine Wiggins, co-host Tony Massarotti and announcer Marc "Beetle" Bertrand.
Both Wiggy and Mazz leaned toward the team having a fundemental flaw; Bertrand said no.

Patriots call Cooks 'our first-round pick'

The Patriots didn't make a pick Thursday night, but as teams were introducing their new players on Friday, New England's social media team took an opportunity to show off theirs.

The team posted a picture of Brandin Cooks on Instagram Friday evening with the caption "Our first round pick." The Pats traded their first-rounder (32nd overall) and a third-rounder (No. 103) to New Orleans last month for Cooks and the 118th pick.

With the pick acquired from the Patriots, the Saints drafted Wisconsin offensive tackle Ryan Ramczyk.

The Pats are slated to make their actual first selection of the draft Friday at No. 72 overall.

Remember: they can't measure heart. Whether you're picked first, last or not at all, YOU decide what happens next, every day. Good luck!!!
