When will Brady break his silence?

Tom Brady has not said anything about Deflategate since he held a press conference during the week leading up to the Super Bowl. Does the silence indicate anything?

"You know who stays quiet and lets the process play out? Guilty people!" Marc Bertrand said. "If you're going to make the PR push, and you're going to try and win that battle just a little bit, then come out and talk. What do you have to lose? Everybody thinks you're guilty already."

WEEI's Tim Benz didn't agree. He explained that it's futile for Brady to defend himself at this point.

"Outside of New England, yes, everybody does think he's guilty," Benz said. "Even if an independent arbiter steps in and says, 'You know what? He didn't do anything wrong according to my opinion.' Everybody's going to say, 'Well, I saw in the Wells Report ...' That's imprinted in their head already."
