FOXBORO -- Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker said Thursdaythat, with Randy Moss gone, Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis covered him a lot more in Week 13 than inWeek 2.
And he expects more of the same Sunday,
With no Moss to cover in Week 13, a healthier Revis saw alot more one-on-one coverage with Welker.
"You've got to be ready for everything and studyfilm on everything and everybody, but make sure you're definitely ready forRevis," said Welker. "And you've got to bring it every play, because he's a great player,he's got great feet, he moves around real well, and does some good things outthere."
Welker continued to have nothing but good things to sayabout the Jets cornerback, whom Tom Brady refused to target last month.
"I think Revis is very patient, he has good feet, he moves around reallywell," said Welker. "He understands the game, he gets his hands onyou pretty well, and he understands what you're trying to do to him. So he'sdefinitely a tough guy to really set up and get open against. So you've got tobe on top of your game, and make sure that you're doing everything possible toget open."
