Shaughnessy: Luck ‘plateaued' until he has supporting cast

When you think of the 2015-16 Indianapolis Colts, you instantly think of Andrew Luck.

The 26-year-old quarterback has had a rough season thus far and will look to bounce back when he returns from a shoulder injury.

Looking at his early struggles in 2015, Gary Tanguay wonders if Luck is a bit overrated at this point.

Dan Shaughnessy doesn’t think that's the case.

“I think he’s really good. He’s young. He’s done a lot, each year he’s got a little bit better,” said Shaughnessy. “I think they’ve plateaued with that until he gets a better surrounding cast. I think it’s really the people around him. If you have in a good team, I think he’s lights out. But he does not have a good team. I think he carries them way beyond what he should have to.”
