According to multiple media reports, Patriots cornerback Kyle Arrington is scheduled to have surgery on his groin Friday to repair an injury that bothered him most of the season.
ESPNBoston and The Boston Herald reported that Arrington's agent, Richard Kopelman of Klass Sports, said Arrington, 27, will have surgery on the partially torn groin, an injury he played through since September. Recovery time is 6-8 weeks, so Arrington is expected to be ready when the Patriots offseason workouts begin April 21.
Arrington played all 16 regular-season games and two playoff games for the Patriots. He had one interception.
