There is a lot of excitement surrounding Rob Gronkowski's return to the football field, but according to a report, the team and player aren't seeing eye to eye.
According to the Boston Herald, the Patriots believe Gronkowski is ready to return, but the tight end remains hesitant after undergoing surgery to his forearm and back.
The report also mentioned that the tight end was looking to return around week six, but the team was looking to have their tight end back as early as Week two.
Throughout the season, Gronkowski has mentioned that he would not play until he was cleared by the team, medical staff, but also felt strong enough to play in an NFL game.
The 24-year-old is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
