Paul Perillo of Patriots Football Weekly doesn't think Josh McDaniels pulling out of the running for the Cleveland Browns coaching job makes the Patriots offensive coordinator a shoo-in to be Bill Belichick's replacement.

In fact, Perillo doesn't see Belichick going anywhere for a long, long time.

"I never bought this whole succession plan thing," Perillo said on Sports Tonight. "He still has a zest for every aspect of the job. I don't see him going anywhere."

Perillo said he leans on the observation of his PFW colleague Fred Kirsh, who says, "It's not Josh McDaniels or Bill Belichick's decision to make [as to who the next Patriots coach is] It's Robert Kraft's."
