Patriots sign OL Kyle Hill

FOXBORO -- Just half an hour before Wednesday's joint practice with the Saints, New England announced the signing of rookie offensive lineman Kyle Hill.
The 23-year old was a four-year starter at left tackle for Duke University. He's listed at 6-6, 306-pounds. But the really good news for the Patriots? He's durable;Hill started all 46 of Duke's games since the beginning of the 2008 season.
The Patriots are badly in need of O-line depth with Sebastian Vollmer, Logan Mankins, and Brian Waters all missing from training camp. Bench tackles Markus Zusevics, Matt Kopa, Darrion Weems, and Kyle Hix have all missed practice recently as well.
