The New England Patriots made a number of moves on Wednesday.
The team announced that they have released linebacker Dekoda Watson from the 53-man roster and released receiver Kenbrell Thompkins, offensive lineman Chris Barker and defensive lineman Joe Vellano from the practice squad.
Watson, 27, was released in August and re-signed in September before playing in the Patriots' Week 2 and Week 3 wins against the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars.
