Patriots injury report: Bennett questionable after not practicing

Share

FOXBORO – Martellus Bennett was a non-participant in Friday morning’s practice but the tight end told me in the locker room later in the day he is “feeling good.”

Bennett is one of seven Patriots listed as questionable for Sunday’s game at Buffalo. He has an ankle injury. Bennett was on the practice field briefly during stretching before heading back in prior to the media being allowed to observe. He was at his locker and moved without noticeable impairment during media access to the locker room.

One other interesting injury report nugget from the Patriots’ side. Linebacker Jamie Collins, who was a limited practice participant with a hip issue this week, was removed from the injured list as was running back Brandon Bolden (knee).

Julian Edelman, Woodrow Hamilton, Malcolm Mithcell, Elandon Roberts and Vincent Valentine all had limited participation for the third day in a row and are questionable. Jonathan Jones showed up Friday with a hip injury that limited his participation.
