FOXBORO -- The Patriots have the services tonight of one important player they didn't have for the regular-season finale: Devin McCourty. The safety missed Week 17's game against Buffalo because of a concussion, but has had three weeks to recover.

He's active and is expected to start.

The team also has Josh Boyce available for the first time since Week 15. The receiver had been nursing an ankle injury. Boyce may figure into the x-receiver rotation as Aaron Dobson is sidelined, as expected, with a foot injury.

Cornerback Alfonzo Dennard, inactive for the Bills game with knee and shoulder injuries, will also play.

The full list of Patriots inactives:

WR - Aaron Dobson (foot)

TE - D.J. Williams (healthy scratch)

DL - Isaac Sopoaga (healthy scratch)

DL - Jake Bequette (healthy scratch)
