The Carolina Panthers held the NFC Champion-San Francisco 49ers to nine points in their 10-9 victory last Sunday. On Monday night, they'll host the Patriots.
How do the Pats attack a defense that ranks second in the NFL in points and yards allowed?
Troy Brown's answer: Very quickly.
"Go up-tempo," Brown told Gary Tanguay on "Patriots Wednesday Live." "See if they can handle the speed of the game."
Brown said he'd like to see the Patriots go to that "one-play-every-20-seconds pace" that they were using late last season.
"See if they [the Panthers] can handle that for the full 60 minutes," Brown said.
